Charity Entry Option

"মানুষ মানুষের জন্যে, জীবন জীবনের জন্যে... (Man is for man, Life is for life)"

Just like the words of Bhupen Hazarika’s iconic song, we too aim for our celebration to become a reason for the smiles of those less fortunate in society. And for this very purpose, we have introduced the Charity Entry option for our event. Coastal Ultra is more than just a race - it is a chance to make a lasting impact. Whether you are running for a personal cause or simply want to help those in need, participating as a charity runner can be an incredibly rewarding experience.

What is Charity Entry?

Charity Entry refers to a special type of registration in events such as races, marathons or challenges where participants contribute a certain amount of money to support a charitable cause. These entries give you a chance to run and fundraise, especially if you missed out on regular entry.

If you have already secured a regular spot, you can still choose to fundraise for a charity, and your donations will go directly to supporting the cause without any entry cost. The main idea is to provide an opportunity for people to participate in an event while raising funds for a good cause. For Coastal Ultra 2026, the Charity Entry category allows participants to contribute to a noble cause while taking part in the event.

Our Charity Partners

We believe meaningful change begins when people come together with a shared purpose. That’s why we’re proud to support PAWMANG and HALF MAD HUMAN - two grassroots initiatives working to create better futures for children and underserved communities across Bangladesh.
PAWMANG
PAWMANG
A School Bringing Education to the Hills of Bandarban
In the green hills of Champajhiri Para in Lama, Bandarban, Pawmang Primary School is a place of hope and learning for local children. Started on February 26, 2011 by a group of people who love the mountains, Pawmang means “flower garden.” The name fits beautifully because the school is like a garden where children from different backgrounds come together to learn and grow.

Pawmang is more than a school. It is a home for around 120 children from grades one to six, representing communities including Mro, Murang, Marma, Khasi, Chakma and Bengali. To help children living far away in the mountains, Pawmang operates a simple bamboo hostel where they receive food and a place to sleep.

Life in the mountains is difficult, and many families cannot afford education, food, clothes or medical care. With the support of generous people, Pawmang continues its work despite limited resources. As a charity partner of Coastal Ultra 2026, Pawmang reflects Coastal Ultra Bangladesh’s commitment to education and a brighter future for children in the hills.
HALF MAD HUMAN
HALF MAD HUMAN
Embracing Madness for Change
There is no profound history behind the quirky name HALF MAD HUMAN, yet its mission resonates deeply with humanitarian values. The members proudly describe themselves as “half-mad,” believing that to be truly human, one must embrace a little madness in the pursuit of positive change.

Founded by passionate travelers, HALF MAD HUMAN focuses on education and support for marginalized communities. Its initiatives include education for neglected and visually impaired children, rural libraries, support for girls’ education, and medical assistance for children from low-income families.

The organization is also working toward establishing Anand Ashram, a sanctuary for elderly people. HALF MAD HUMAN believes that even small efforts can create meaningful social change. Its partnership with Coastal Ultra 2026 aligns with Coastal Ultra Bangladesh’s commitment to community support and uplifting marginalized people.
